Our Story
Founder Carly Lane learned poker as a child, but its impact became clear years later when she moved to a new city without knowing anyone. The game gave her an immediate way to connect with people from different backgrounds and quickly became the foundation of a new community.
During her corporate career, Carly also recognized how poker strengthened practical skills such as problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making under pressure. She began teaching the game to beginners and soon made poker instruction her full-time career.
Since then, Carly has introduced nearly 1,000 people to poker, ranging from Girl Scouts to Fortune 50 executives.
